She was predeceased by: her parents, George Caswell Davis and Allie Lee Carver Davis; her husband Claude Collins; her daughter Debra Ann; and her grandson Rodney Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Kaye (Ron Schell) of Perryton and Galen Collins of Aubrey, Texas; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Johnson (Ken), Brian Williams of Perryton, Vanessa Weaver (Chris) of Cedar Hill and Patrick Collins (Emily) of Midlothian, Texas.; and her great grandchild Kaylee Newcomb (Kodey).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children's Ministry at the Assembly of God Church in Spearman, where Ava attended faithfully.
