It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Debra Lynn Cook of Perryton, Texas, born in Camden, New Jersey, who passed away on August 15, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her adoptive mother June W. Cook; and her grandparents, Fred, Marie Yauck, Mary Brownlee Cook and Fletcher Cook.

She is survived by: her parents, Tark Cook and Jellean Yauck Daily; her siblings, Walter Neal Cook, Mary Nan Cook and Angela Daily Thompson (Ronald); her niece Krystal Thompson Herard; and her great-nephew Dawson Herard. She is also survived by her brother, sisters and cousins.

Alzheimer's is a cruel disease; it took almost everything but left just enough for grandma to enjoy the music of Lawrence Welk.
