He is survived by : his parents, George Henry Harvin and Alpha Omega Elizabeth Starostka; his nephews, Douglas, Christopher and Pharon; his sisters, Jeannie Record of Perryton, Diane Cherry (Clay) of Odessa, Cynthia Harvin of Justin and Sabrina Cornell; and his nephews, Shawn Cherry, Daniel Cherry, Michael Cherry and Kelsey Cornell.
