He is survived by: his siblings, Lanora Reynolds of Perryton, Kathy Snyder of Perryton, Bill Newman (Vee) of Guymon and Dale Newman (Candee) of Stillwater, Oklahoma; his stepson Wayne Yates of Texhoma, Oklahoma; and his nieces and nephews, Brent Snyder (Pepper) of Amarillo, Chad Newman (Susan) of Guymon, David Reynolds (Nancy) of Blue Springs, Danny Reynolds (Sherry) of Stigler, Brandon Newman of Edmond, Oklahoma, Nikki Stork (Chris) of Goodwell, Belinda Kates (Jerry) of Stigler, Amy Dearmin (Chris) of Balko and Brandee Snook (Troy) of Ford, Kansas. He is also survived by sixteen great nieces and nephews and numerous friends.
The family requests memorials be made to Key Heights Baptist Church and the Museum of the Plains.
