He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Dunsworth (Tammy) of Perryton and Ann Arnett Dunsworth of Perryton; his spouse Lindsey; his daughters, Olivia Rae Dunsworth of Perryton, Emily Grace Dunsworth of Perryton and Lilly Ann Dunsworth of Perryton; his sister Lisa Dunsworth Garcia (Jeff); his nephews, Brandon of California and Derek of Perryton, Texas; and his mother-in-law Arla Williams Jeffcoat of Lamesa, Texas. He is also survived by two sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
