He was predeceased by : his parents, Wayne Cullar and Vera Cullar. He is survived by : his wife Peggy Jo Cullar (Biter) of Petrolia; his children, Vernon Cullar (Debbie) of Petrolia and Sherry Long (Eddie) of Truce, Texas; and his siblings, Troy Cullar of Jolly, Delbert Cullar of Wichita Falls, Kenneth Cullar of Petrolia and Helen Evans of Granbury, Texas.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
