It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Jessie Moore of Petrolia, Texas, who passed away on December 29, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Howard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Howard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Moore and May Pauline Moore (Obermire); his brothers, J. E. Moore and Leonard Moore; and his stepson Mike Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Moore; his daughters, Connie Berlingeri and Mary Adams; and his brother Fred Moore. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
