She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Gillespie and Ethel Gillespie (McConahy); her husband Paul Frederick Cecil; and her son Paul Frederick Cecil Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Pat Adams (Gillespie); her children, Kimberlee (Mark Sutter), Deborah (Terry Russell) and Scott (Irene Cecil); and her grandchildren, Gwendolyn Rodriguez (Russell), Phillip Sutter, Dustie Gabbard (Russell), Nicholas Sutter and Thomas Balderas. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
