He was predeceased by: his parents, John Utley and Mabel Utley; and his sister Jane Utley. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Fae (Debby); his brothers-in-law, Rick Davis-Lazaron (Gary Davis-Lazaron) and Dan; Chipper.
