He was predeceased by: his parent Ivaloo Hoke; his brothers, Lewis and Mike; his daughter Jill Ann Bravo; and his brother-in-law Jerry Berry.
He is survived by: his wife June Hoke; his son Fred Hoke, Jr. (Christina); his siblings, Eric Hoke (Anne), Sally White (Jim) and Martha Talbott (Bill); his sister-in-law Jane Neece (Art); and his granddaughters, Jill and Chloe.
In place of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Fred to the American Lung Association.
