He was predeceased by: his father Castulo Ontiveros; and his brother Rudy Ontiveros. He is survived by: his wife Emily Ontiveros; his daughter Georgia Grace; his mother Josephine Ontiveros; and his siblings, Richard Ontiveros, Roland Ontiveros, Rubin Ontiveros, Jr., Johnny Ontiveros and Patty Ontiveros. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations or contributions be made to an educational trust fund set up for Jeff's daughter through Central Baptist Church of Round Rock.
