He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Rowe and I'Anne Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his sister Cheryl; his brother-in-law Larry Coble of West Columbia; his brothers, Greg and Steven of Charleston; his brother-in-law Robert Lykins of Hutto; and his pet Tessa. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to WeeRescue of Austin, Hutto Lutheran Church, the Biggs Brain Institute of San Antonio, or any scholarship for Taylor High School Seniors.
