We are sad to announce that, on January 27, 2026, at the age of 87, Lynn Joy Liccese (Pflugerville, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Bell Chandler Smith and Verland James Chandler; her grandparents, John O Bell Sr. and Florence Backer Bell; her siblings, Diane Gonzales and Richard Chandler; her grandson Raymond Mateo; and her sons-in-law, Rick L Thomas and Pete Mateo.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph N Liccese; her children, Teresa A Thomas, Joseph J Liccese (Margot Koslan), Tammy L Ybarra (Andrew Ybarra) and Sharon K Mateo; her grandchildren, Kasey Mateo, Nicole Mateo and Aaron J "AJ" Ybarra; and her great grandchildren, Abygail Barrios and Niko Henriquez.
