He is survived by: his parents, Lesli King and Sam King; his daughters, Shelby, Raegan, Samantha and Kylie King; his sister Kasey; his brother-in-law Jed Kennis; his sister Karey; and his brother-in-law Cody Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
