With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roma J Carper (Pflugerville, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 24, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dan H. Carper; her parents, Walter William Johnson and Ellen Corinne Caffey Johnson; and her siblings, Walter W. Johnson, Jr., Harry D. Johnson, Doris M. Johnson Whitman and Norma V. R. Johnson Pavlu.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joan Baker (Bruce) and Jennifer Fernandes (Jenny); and her grandchildren, Rebecca Baker (Bobby Syvertson), Daniel Fernandes, Alex Baker (Jennifer) and Martha Baker Dry (Joel). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
