He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Boucher and Esther Steffes-Boucher; and his brothers, Robert "Bob" Boucher and Kenny Boucher. He is survived by: his wife Maria R. Boucher; his children, Jose Rios (Holly), Adam Rios, Christina Donoso (Paul), Curtis Rios, Kenny Boucher, Mike Boucher, Ron Rauch and Joe Rauch; and his siblings, David Boucher, Rick Boucher, Donny Boucher, Scott Boucher, Beverley Metzger, June Richter and Libby Ditterman. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
