He is survived by: his children, David Bullock (LeeAnn), Kerry Neely (Mike Newman) and LeAnn Moody (Brian); his grandchildren, Tyler Kutch (Claudia Carrasco), Evan Moody, Paige Labay (Keith), Cassie Carr (Aaron), Morgan Bullock, Klein and Hawley Jane; his sister-in-law Janice Hawley; his cousins, Barbara Thompson and Carolyn Kerpchar; Jane Bullock (Strong).
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home (14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660). The military honors was held on Sunday, March 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
