He is survived by : his mother Oralia Rodriguez; his wife Mary Gallardo; his children, Albert Anthony Rodriguez (Kassandra), Ashley Annette Rodriguez (Eduardo), Aaron Daniel Rodriguez, Robert Lopez Jr. and Madalyn Lopez (Gilbert); his siblings, Guadalupe Rodriguez Jr., Cynthia Ann Gonzalez, Christie Lynn Rodriguez, Eva Marie Rodriguez and Jaime Lee Rodriguez; and his granddaughters, Luz (Maria De La Luz Rodriguez) and Dina (Pablo Cavazos). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and many more extended family and friends.
