He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Menchaca and Juanita Menchaca; his wife Victoria Menchaca; and his children, Erasmo Menchaca and Ida Mendez.
He is survived by: his children, Victoria Mata, San Juanita Menchaca, Angel Menchaca Jr., Joel Menchaca, Leonel Menchaca and Adrian Quintanilla; his siblings, Olga Rodriguez and Fidencio Menchaca; and his pet Buttons. He is also survived by fifteen grandkids; twenty four great grandkids.
His legacy is one of love, unity, charity, and unwavering devotion.
