He is survived by: his wife Mercedes "Meche" Zuniga; his sons, Pedro "Pete" Zuniga (Susie Ann) and Alexis Ira Zuniga (Maria Isela); his grandchildren, Kevin (Valeria), Brianna (Cody), Nathaniel, Zachary and Jude Zuniga; his great grandchildren, Gia and Keenan Zuniga; and his sisters, Macedonia Garcia, Maria Rita Contreras of California, Sylvia Franco of Texas and Marta Kurtwright of Nebraska.
