She was predeceased by: her parents, Amelia Leija and Joel Ruiz; and her grandparents, Severino and Santos Hernandez Garcia. She is survived by: her close friend Emilio Sanchez; her daughter Marina Marie Reyna (Samuel); her granddaughters, Samantha Marie Martinez (Marcus) and Emily Renee Reyna; her great grandchild Nova Marie Martinez; and her siblings, Rafael "Lupe" Guadalupe Ortiz (Alicia), Graciela O. "Chelita" Bencomo, Mario Rafael "Rafa" Ortiz (Cristina), Jorge Ortiz (Maria), Francisco "Pancho" Ortiz (Norma), Ofelia, Ramon Ortiz, Clara Hernandez (Bernie) and Jaime Ortiz (Delia). She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
