Emma leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Emma’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Emma will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ruben F. Solis; her parents, Rodolfo Peña and Florencia Perez Peña; and her siblings, Maclovio, Ramiro Perez, Didia Garza and Herminia Garcia.
She is survived by: her children, Ruben F. Solis, Jr. (Bernadette) of McAllen, Ofelia S. Guerra (Roel) of Rio Grande City and Diana Lisa S. Morales (Victor) of Comfort, Texas. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home - San Juan (311 E Expressway 83, San Juan, TX 78589). A rosary will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Jude Thaeddeus Catholic Church (505 S Ironwood St, Pharr, TX 78577, USA). A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Palm Valley Memorial Gardens (4607 N Sugar Rd, Pharr, TX 78577).
