It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francisca Tovar (Pharr, Texas), who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Noe Tovar; her son David Tovar; her parents, Raul Olvera and Eloisa Olvera; and her sister Ana Maria Baughman.

Viewing was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Funeraria Del Angel. A rosary was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's Catholic Church (216 W 1st St, San Juan, TX 78589). A burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Palm Valley Memorial Gardens (4607 N Sugar Rd, Pharr, TX 78577).
