Juan Sanchez Obituary
In loving memory of Juan Sanchez of Pharr, Texas, who departed this world on November 28, 2025 at the age of 90. Juan leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Epifanio and Maria (Refugio Sánchez); and his brother Salvador Sánchez. He is survived by: his children, Juan Sánchez (Claudia), Joanna Edwards (Nathan), Joel Sánchez and Jesus Salazar; and his sisters, Maria Salas, Apolonia Fernandez and Maria Elena Sánchez. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Aurora Funeral Home (706 W Sam Houston Blvd, Pharr, TX 78577). A rosary will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret's Catholic Church (122 W Hawk Ave, Pharr, TX 78577). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 PM at the Guadalupe Cemetery (400 W Bell Ave, Pharr, TX 78577).
For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Margaret Church.
