He was predeceased by: his children, Analiah Vianey Salinas and Lukas Ahzael Salinas. He is survived by: his wife Karina Torres; his son Aidán Alí Salinas; his parents, Jesus Salinas and Elvira Chavana; and his siblings, Victorio Salinas III (Mariela) and Jessica Vanessa Salinas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Legacy Chapels (4610 S Jackson Rd, Edinburg, TX 78539). A rosary was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
