He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Percival and Irene Percival (Poe); his wife Janice Bayer; his daughter Kathleen Tarter; his sister Isabelle Percival Bloemker; his brother-in-law Hank Bloemker; his brother Vernon Percival; and his sister-in-law Leota Percival.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Henderson (Gary) and Lori Cooper (Mark); his grandchildren, Stephanie Greene (Charlie), Greg Henderson (Amy), Pam Coleman (Tony), Jeremy Tarter (Shelbie), Justin Tarter (Kayla), Jordan Tarter (Dayana), Danielle Cooper and Rachelle Joyce (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Annaleise, Jacob, Arabella, Athea Greene, Caleb, Jaelyn, Harper Henderson, Clara, Christian Coleman, Tyler, Taylor, Tinley Tarter, Jayden, Jaxson Tarter, Riley, Liam Tarter and Remi Joyce.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, Memorials may be made to Palm Valley Christian Church in Edinburg, TX.
