He was predeceased by: his parents, Annabile Pizzamiglio and Sarah Pizzamiglio; his wife Nancy Gilman Lovas; and his brother Robert (Nancy). He is survived by: his children, Lisa Kay Forst (Kevin Forst) of Oregon, Catherine Meddaugh and Greg Pizzamiglio of Texas; his stepchildren, Lori Roberton (Brent Cisne) of Illinois and Randy (Kathryn Lovas) of California; his grandchildren, Alexandria Thomas, Joanna Forst, Catherine Forst, Sarah Forst, Sophia (Liam Boehning), Levi Forst, Matthew (Elizabeth Lovas), Jennifer Lovas, Samantha (Cory Willard), Ainsley and Kinzie Roberton; his great grandchildren, Temperance, Lucius Thomas, Leonardo Garza, Malachi Debnam and Freyja Forst; and his friend Al.
