He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hicks; his children, Alisa Buchanan (Coby), Logan Hicks (Jennifer) and Leanna Ford (Casey); his grandchildren, Will Buchanan, John Buchanan, Grant Hicks, Luke Hicks, Jace Ford, Elaina Ford and Avery Ford; and his brothers, Joe Hicks and Bill Hicks.
