He is survived by: his wife Vivian Warner of DeRidder, LA; his sons, Johnny Lem Warner, Jr. of DeRidder, LA and Scott Coulter Warner (Renee); his grandchildren, Luka Elizabeth Warner and Payton Blase Fowler; and his pet Turk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
