He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Herbert and Elizabeth Epperson Pless; and his siblings, Hazel Conway, Earl Pless, Annalou Burgess, Edward Pless, Maudine Holmes and Gaines Pless (Bud).
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bonner; his children, Natalie (Al Fox) and Michael (Lourdes Pless); his grandchildren, Brittanee Shamshiri (Ross), James Fox (Nicole), Eric Fox (Erin Smith) and William Fox (Isabella); his great grandchildren, Gwendolynn Fox, Cassandra Fox and Nicholas Fox; and his siblings, Harold Pless, Mildred Jones, Bob Pless (Helen) and Carolyn Fisher (Alva). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
