Though Jerry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jerry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Norton and Martha Branam Norton; and his brother Sammy Norton. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Tompkins Norton; his children, Tamara McCasland, Jason Norton (Angela), Jerrod Norton, Scott McCutcheon (Andrea) and Carrie McCutcheon; and his siblings, Don Norton (Edie), Randy Norton (Toni) and Jan Marshall (Brent). He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bear Creek Cemetery (100 Bear Creek Cemetery Rd, Euless, TX 76039).
