She is survived by: her daughter Sandi Bradshaw Hankins (Allen); her grandchildren, Cecily Evans (James), Allison Heath, Samantha Waldo (Tanner) and Joshua Hankins; her great grandchildren, Landon Evans, Garret Evans, Ezra Evans, Amon Evans and Alexandria Waldo; her sister Bonnie Cook; and her daughters, Tina Kelly and Carla Radcliffe.
