He is survived by: his brother Gerald Blacketer (Talitha) of Pittsburg; his nephews, Kevin Blacketer (Anne Marie) and Brian Blacketer; his niece Dawn Moore (Bruce); his great-nephew Jackson Blacketer; his great-nieces, Bess Blacketer Cianciosi (Matt) and Cailey Knighton; and his close friends, Jeff, Suzanne Prescott and Cheryl Russo.
