In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Linda had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Linda may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Hughes and Katherine Wilson Hughes; and her husband John Taylor. She is survived by: her son Russell Taylor; and her siblings, Bobby Joe Hughes and Vera Forrester. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Simpsonville Cemetery (10605 FM556, Pittsburg, TX 75686).
