He is survived by: his wife Alicia Reyes of Badillo; his daughter Rosy; his son-in-law Laurencio Aguilar; his grandchildren, Lauro, Aleeshia and Levy; and his siblings, Santiago Badillo Bueno, Yolanda Badillo Bueno, Irma Badillo Bueno and Alicia Badillo Bueno.
