She is survived by: her children, Jose Arroyo of Tulia, Cesar Cecilio Arroyo of Plainview, Texas, Rogelio Arroyo Jr. (Gracie Arroyo) of Plainview, Texas, Richard Rubio, Jr. of Plainview, Texas, Maria Guadalupe Arroyo of Plainview, Texas and Patricia Arroyo of Plainview, Texas; and her siblings, Juan Munoz of Monterey, Mexico and Rosa Munoz of Chihuahua, Mexico.. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
