She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Eugene Evans and Thelma Brian Evans; her son Philip III; her husband Phil; her son Brian; her siblings, Barbara Browning (Jeane), Shirley Kelly (Clifton), Nancy White (Lonnie) and Brian Ed Evans (Juanita Evans); her brothers-in-law, Frank Carpenter (Wanda) and John David Carpenter (Phyllis); and her nephew Ed Evans.
She is survived by: her daughter Camille Northcutt (Greg) of Plainview; her daughter-in-law Kathy Carpenter of Amarillo; and her grandchildren, Caroline, Carson Northcutt of Plainview and Carley Carpenter of Amarillo.
