She is survived by: her husband Saturnino Zapata Sr. of Plainview, Texas; her son Sammy (Dee Zapata) of Plainview, Texas; her stepdaughter Norma Zapata of Plainview, Texas; and her siblings, Saragoza Garza of Corpus Christi, Nestor Garza of Robstown, Carlos Garza of Corpus Christi, Texas, Valentina Vela of Pearsall, Elena Garza of Robstown and Anestacia Jerrell of Fort Worth, Texas.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.
