She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan E. Wimp and Margaret Wimp (Gerteis). She is survived by: her children, Don E. (Cynthia Thurman) of Plainview and Carla (Doug Edwards) of Plainview; her grandchildren, Kimber (Jody Maietta) of Palm Bay, Fla. and Ryan Corbin-Edwards (Jake Corbin-Edwards) of San Antonio; her sister Marguerite W. Richmond of Gig Harbor, Wash.; her great grandchildren, Alana Hatfield Rubio (Danny) and Kaylie Hatfield; and her sister-in-law Sue H. Wimp. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of life-long friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Meals on Wheels, First UMC, or other charities of choice.
