It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Lee Jones of Plainview, Texas, born in Salado, Texas, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John I. Lankford and Cleo Lankford (Drake); her daughters, Elizabeth Ann Bowden and Barbara May Jones; and the parents of child, John and Cleo Lankford.

She is survived by : her husband Tim Jones of Plainview; and her children, Timothy Eugene Jones (Christy) of Arkansas and Debbie Gillit of Amarillo. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
