He was predeceased by: his parents, W. H. Annett and Ida Lee Annett; and his siblings, Edgar Annett, Edward Annett, Florence Draper, Betty Morgan, Billie Ruth Hickman and Martha Hamman.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Annett of Plainview; his daughters, Margaret Annett Betterton of Katy and Debra Annett of Clinton, OK; his grandchildren, Melanie Leigh Shelton (Timothy) of Katy and Kyle David Betterton of Katy; his great grandchild Makenna Paige Shelton of Katy; his sister Jean Dodd of Comanche; and his pet Chuy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the First Christian Church, 1800 I-27, Plainview, Texas 79072.
