He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hodges and Kathryn Hodges. He is survived by: his wife Kimberley; his children, Marcus, Nikki, Ryan and Jake; his niece Allison; and his siblings, Gary Hodges, Susan Mikeska and Kathy Nutting. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
