She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert and Ethel Mae Browdy; her husband Johnny Westmoreland; and her daughter-in-law Polly Westmoreland. She is survived by: her children, Frank Westmoreland (Dawn) of Abernathy, Eddie Dean of Plainview, Donald Ray of Plainview, Roger Dale Westmoreland (Elizabeth Villegas) of Plainview and Sharon Mae Westmoreland of Plainview; and her siblings, Bobby Brawdy, Stella Kitchel and Roberta Mae Niccum. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
