He is survived by: his cousins, Dan and Jack; his close friend Mike Hutcherson; his wife Dianna; his children, Ginger Adams (Steven), Guy Hayes (Karrie), Jeff Hayes and Jenette Dunning; his grandchildren, Kamber Espinoza (Boomer), Dylan Hayes (Mady), Brendan Dunning and Tyler Dunning; his great grandchildren, Harlow Jo and Jake; his brother Bill Hayes (Kathy); his nephew Elliot Hayes; his niece Andrea Hooper; Ann, LaRue, Don and Jimmy Dean.
