It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doña Flor Reyes of Plainview, Texas, who passed away on November 29, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Romero and Maria Gutierrez of Romero; her husband Guadalupe Reyes; and her son Jose Reyes. She is survived by: her children, Fedencio Reyes (Abigail) of Plainview, Eduardo Reyes of Plainview, Victor Reyes (Joy) of Lubbock, Maria Hernandez (Stephen) of Houston and Julie Zavala of Plainview. She is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren, and thirty-seven great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lemons Memorial Chapel (206 W 8th St, Plainview, TX 79072). A rosary was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (211 W 7th, Plainview, TX 79072). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at the Plainview Cemetery (100 Joliet St, Plainview, TX 79072).
