He is survived by: his children, Christina LaFuente (Edward) of Sweetwater and James Cuellar of Plainview; and his siblings, Hilario Cuellar Jr. (Anna Gutierrez), Ricardo Cuellar (Dominga) of Lockney, Israel Cuellar of Lockney, MaryAnn Pedroza of Plainview and Esther Bloss of Lubbock.
