He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernardo Perez and Andrea Perez (Montez); and his siblings, Genoveva Molina and Juan Perez. He is survived by: his wife Lupe Perez of Plainview; his children, Danny Perez (Mary) of Oregon, Rachel Tinoco of Plainview and Olivia Garza (Joe Garza) of Schroeder, Texas; and his siblings, Emilio Perez (Beatrice Perez) of Plainview, David Perez, Sr. (Caroline) of Plainview, Amelia Madrigal of Plainview, Felicita Benavidez of Plainview and Ofelia Quintanilla (Raymond) of Plainview. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.
