She is survived by: her sons, Clyde "Butch" Harrell (Sherry) of Hale Center, TX and Rex Harrell of Hemphill, TX; her grandchildren, Michael Harrell (Cristie) of Plainview, TX, Susan Harrell Swinburn (Michael) of Shallowater, TX and Lisa Harrell Mull (Dan) of Lubbock, TX.; and her great grandchildren, Derek Harrell (Denise), Chandra Harrell Hinojos (Matthew), Holly Summers (Joshua), Samantha Thomas, Shelby Thomas, Taylor Mull, Dylan Mull and Makenna Mull.
