Guadalupe Cardenas Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2025, at the age of 102, Guadalupe Cardenas (Plainview, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gavino Cardenas and Guadalupe Cardenas (Rodriguez); his siblings, Beatrice Jasso, Sofia Morales, Elisa Ramos, Paula Rios, Simon Cardenas Sr. and Fred Cardenas Sr.; and his children, Joe Cardenas and Gloria Soto.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jimmy Joe Cardenas, Elisa Cardenas, Carlos Soto, Daniel Soto and Stephanie Soto Canez; and his caregivers, Patricia Alvarez, Dena Bye, Connie Espinosa and Reynalda Martinez. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kornerstone Funeral Directors (3605 SW 3rd, Plainview, TX 79072). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Abundant Grace Church (1011 I-27, Plainview, TX 79072).
