He was predeceased by: his parents, Bonnice Johnson Young and John Hollis Young; and his adoptive mother Eva Louise Young. He is survived by: his wife Mary Dell Young; his sons, John Jerrell Young (Dorothy) of Halfway and Wendell Paul Young (Susan); his grandchildren, John Hollis Young (Blair), Madison Young, Shelby Young and Whitney Young; and his great grandchild Mac James Young.
